Open for lunch from Wednesday to Sunday, Mintaro restaurant specialises in country fare with a modern twist. The menu highlights fresh produce harvested daily from the kitchen garden. A changing kaleidoscope of fruit and vegies, turning from month to month, ensures dishes showcase the delicious best of each season.
Sustainability is echoed in the architecture where reclaimed timbers create a rustic charm.
